All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Bookings & Payments

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable advance payment.

• The remaining balance must be paid as per the schedule agreed during the booking.

• Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your booking.

• In case of cancellation from our end due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

4. Delivery Timeline

• Photo delivery: Within 2 to 4 weeks after the event.

• Video delivery: Within 4 to 6 weeks.

• Final delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on workload, special requests, or post-production complexities.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are expected to cooperate and provide accurate event schedules, addresses, and other essential details in advance.

• Goyals Studio is not responsible for missed moments due to delays or lack of cooperation from clients or guests.

6. Use of Images

• Goyals Studio reserves the right to use images and videos for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and portfolios.

• If you wish to keep your images private, please inform us in writing before the event.

7. Intellectual Property

• All images, videos, and content created by Goyals Studio are the intellectual property of Goyals Studio unless otherwise agreed.

• Clients receive rights for personal use only unless commercial rights are explicitly granted.

8. Limitations of Liability

• Goyals Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• While we strive for perfection, technical issues, natural disasters, or unforeseen interruptions may occasionally affect coverage.
